INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW CENTER, LLC

In March, 2003, Mary Lu Sanders-Zinser, Attorney at Law, founded the law firm, Intellectual Property Law Center LLC™, which limits its practice to assisting businesses in the protection and strategic use of intellectual property assets, including international and U.S. trademarks, copyright, websites, trade secrets and domain names, and to counseling clients regarding software transactions, infringement, licensing, and trademark litigation.

Prior to founding the Intellectual Property Law Center™, Sanders-Zinser, the intellectual property attorney at Gallop, Johnson, & Neuman,, LC, counseled the firm's clients in the protection of trademarks, trade secrets, copyright, software rights, domain names and  websites.   Prior to Gallop, she practiced at Cohn, Powell & Hind, PC (now merged with Polster, Lieder, Woodruff & Lucchesi, L.C.). 
 
Sanders-Zinser, a cum laude graduate of St. Louis University School of Law, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and formerly developed software. 

She serves on the Seminar Committee of the Missouri Venture Forum; the Board of Directors of the Lake Saint Louis Ambassadors;  the Planning Committee for the Corporate Counsel Institute; the Planning Committee for the Missouri Bar Solo and Small Firm Conference; and the Steering Committee of the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis

Sanders-Zinser has assisted businesses in solving intellectual property problems in the following industries: software development, real estate management; consulting, creative arts; film production; manufacturing, retailing, ecommerce; internet service provision; and  non-profit organizations.
